Adrian Osman | Co-founder & CEO

Adrian Osman has been building startups for 7 years now. When he first started out, the startup ecosystem was in it’s infancy in Australia, making it incredibly hard to build a scalable company without access to the right mentorship and knowledge.

This resulted in him failing a bunch of ventures, learning all the key startup knowledge the hard way. Eventually, he figured out there’s a repeatable ‘playbook’ methodology to get startups off the ground, and has since grown a number of successful companies.

Adrian now has over 100 staff in the ventures he owns. These startups have done over $5M in revenue, raised over $10M in capital, and trade in offices all around the world.

Adrian’s key belief is that failure sucks. Entrepreneurs shouldn’t have to fail four or five times on average before succeeding. He’s now on a mission to help thousands of entrepreneurs around Australia and the world to avoid the mistakes he made through his startup education and advisory company, Pitchblak.

Pitchblak runs programs to help founders to prove their idea will work before they have a product, and to attract early investment and talent to their startup. Adrian has also built a small portfolio of startups he’s helping to build.
